Following a initiative put-forward by PC Cooper, the Parish Council agreed to use funds to form a joint-purchase partnership with several other local Parish Councils in order to provide PC Cooper with an additional speed-monitoring gun, solely to be used for the benefit of those Parishes. PC Cooper advises that vehicles found to be speeding will be subjected to his recommended penalty as follows: 37/41 advice and donation amount of choice to charity: 42/49 Ticket on-the-spot (£60 fine and 3-points on licence): 50 + reported and go to court.
